What happens to my printed QR codes if I cancel?+
They keep working — permanently. Your hosted book pages and QR redirects stay live even on the free tier or after cancellation; downgrading only limits creating new books and editing. We will never break a code you have already printed.
Do I need a subscription?+
No. Book QR packs are one-time purchases that add permanent book capacity to your account. Subscriptions make sense from about ten titles, or when you want bulk ONIX import, white-labelling or the API.
What exactly is a "Book QR"?+
One book = a branded, print-grade QR code (SVG/PNG/PDF exports), a permanently hosted landing page, and a complete ONIX 3.1 metadata record you can edit and export. The QR encodes a GS1 Digital Link when the book has an ISBN.
What is GS1 Sunrise 2027 and do I have to do anything?+
It is the industry milestone for retail checkouts to accept 2D barcodes (QR codes) by end-2027. Nothing is mandatory and the traditional barcode is not being retired — but one cover code that scans at the till and opens your book’s page is where the industry is heading, and Qrisen makes your titles ready today.

Can I switch or cancel at any time?+
Yes — self-service from your dashboard via the billing portal. Plan changes prorate automatically; annual plans simply run to the end of the paid year.
